• Breech pipework pressure test (plumber intervention can be organised if leaking pipes).

• Complete shower screen sealing service (remove and refit shower screen for sealing non-accessible areas).

• Re-grouting (walls/floor old grout removed before re-grouting).

• Broken tiles, soap holder replacement (when possible).

• Standard taps service (O rings, body washer and tap valve replacement).

• Standard taps and shower head replacement.

• Floor grate patch up if faulty (inadequate connection to drain).
